Last week we had our second in-room auction event for July, held at the Rydges Hotel in Campbelltown.


This auction campaign gained outstanding results, selling 4 of the 5 properties submitted to auction – an impressive 80% clearance rate.

ROSEMEADOW, 11 Marian Drive – SOLD!
INGLEBURN, 15 Vauxhall Place – SOLD!
CAMPBELLTOWN, 33/1-5 Parkside Crescent – SOLD!
CAMPBELLTOWN, 32/1-5 Parkside Crescent – PASSED-IN

30th JUNE AUCTION EVENT STATISTICS:

  • 4 of the 5 properties submitted to auction SOLD – an 80% clearance rate! 
  • Of the properties SOLD, our team achieved on average $23,000 above our vendors’ reserve selling prices.
  • Of the properties SOLD, our team achieved an average of 32.75 buyer inspections per property during the intensive 21-day marketing campaign leading up to the auction.
  • Of the properties SOLD, there was an average of 5.75 bidders vying for each property.

What a brilliant effort by all! Great preparation from both our vendors and agents, lots of hard work and our team efficiently working together were all key to the success of the event.
