On Wednesday 15th of February we held our first in-room auction event for 2017 at the Rydges Hotel in Campbelltown.

Six outstanding properties were marketed towards this event, with one property selling prior to auction, and one withdrawn prior as it was under negotiation.

Four properties were presented at the auction event, with two selling under the hammer. Two properties were passed-in, however they both have interested buyers, and we expect to sell these under negotiation in the next couple of weeks.

MENANGLE, 14 Station Street – SOLD!
AMBARVALE, 7 Gride Place – Passed-in
GLEN ALPINE, 69 Glen Alpine Drive – Passed-in
LEUMEAH, 25 Westmoreland Road – SOLD prior to auction!
GLEN ALPINE, 32 Abington Crescent – Withdrawn – under negotiation.

15TH FEBRUARY AUCTION EVENT STATISTICS:

  • Three of the five properties SOLD at or prior to the Auction event – that’s a 60% clearance rate!
  • Our team achieved an average of 20 buyer inspections per property leading up to the auction.

Kicking-off our auction events in 2017, it was great to see a packed room of interested parties and good activity in our local market place.
