Today marks the end of our treasured Property Manager’s outstanding real estate career, Kerrie Galvin, and the start of her new adventure – semi-retirement!

Kerrie has had a real estate career that spanned 26 years, the last 7 years in our real estate office. Over her career, Kerrie has won many major property management awards for her excellence and results.

She has been one of our “property management rocks”! Kerrie is highly treasured and respected by landlords and tenants for her knowledge, experience, service, attention to detail and ability to solve any problem.

Kerrie has been a leader, teacher, and trainer within our team, helping all new and experienced property managers learn and grow. Kerrie has greatly improved our property management service and is always there to support when needed and be a great sounding board for all our team members.

Kerrie is a treasured confidant for Garth and me. She’s a great supporter of our business and has been instrumental in developing our service to where it is today. She is a highly cherished colleague within our office and, for me personally, a unique and supportive friend.

Kerrie, a heartfelt thank you for all you have done for Garth and me. I am so grateful for all your years of service, hard work and dedication. You are a brilliant and caring lady, and I couldn’t have asked for a better co-worker. I am also very thankful we are retaining you for a while longer on a part-time basis – whew!

Thank you also on behalf of our entire team!

All the best in semi-retirement. You certainly deserve it! Lots of beautiful adventures lie ahead.
